"Kiana" means welcome to this place.  Mornings begin with a full breakfast while viewing the Kachemak Bay, glaciers and the Homer Spit.  Our spacious home offers a large common area for relaxation.   All rooms have private baths and use of the hot tub. A secluded cabin is also available.

Majestic View Bed and Breakfast

Moose Creek Cabins

Moose Creek Cabins have two very private and fully contained cabins along with a studio suite attached to the main house. The larger of the two cabins include a gas grill, small video collection, wood stove, and a view of Kachemak Bay. The smaller cabin includes a gas fireplace, gas grill, video collection and a private driveway. Moose Creek Cabins are located 10 miles east of Homer in Fritz Creek.

A Stillpoint Lodge in Halibut Cove

Imagine sitting in the morning sun on the deck of your Log Cabin, coffee or tea in hand, watching bald eagles soar and sea otters play in the jade-colored waters of Halibut Cove. Kayak in the nearby coves and inlets of Kachemak Bay and hike the extensive trails in Kachemak Bay State Park. Then return to the luxury of full-service accommodations in the Halibut Cove community. Stillpoint Lodge in Halibut Cove is located across Kachemak Bay from Homer, Alaska. A scenic boat ride across the bay will bring you to Stillpoint Lodge.

The Lakeside Cabin at Kachemak Air

Having retired from flying, we have remodeled our Air Taxi Office into an overnight rental cabin. Lakeside Cabin at Kachemak Air Service is in a quiet area between downtown and the Homer Spit, one block plus a driveway from the main road, and two blocks from two restaurants. Accommodations include two queen sized beds in separate rooms and a small kitchen. You don’t have to be a pilot to stay with us, but if you fly in with your own float plane, you can tie up to our dock.

Timber Bay Bed and Breakfast

Timber Bay Bed and Breakfast is a newly constructed, completed in October 2004, Timber Frame Home built as a Bed and Breakfast. There are 4 Rooms, in the Main House, all featuring Queen Size Beds, a Private Bath with a Tub/Shower Combination, and Satellite TV. In addition there is a 3 Room Apartment with a Private Entrance, Full Kitchen, and a Washer/Dryer. The Main House features a Great Room with a Central Tulikivi Masonry Heater. There is a Comfortable Reading Area on the Balcony and a Family Room on the Lower Level.

There is a commanding view of Kachemak Bay to the South/East. From here you can see the Head of the Bay as well as several Glaciers, Bear Cove, and the Magnificent Kenai Mountains.
